2023 Mid Year Meeting——cheers for LTMG half-year achievement

On August 11th, 2023, LTMG held its mid-year meeting at Hilton Hotel in Xiamen. In the afternoon of that day, all the staff of LTMG and the representatives of subsidiaries took a break from their busy work and gathered together to Celebrate the achievements of the past six months

At 4 p.m., the meeting began with the host's warm words of blessing.Group department heads and representatives of subsidiaries took the stage one after another to speak, focusing on the first half of the Group's development results for a comprehensive review and summary.In the first half of 2023, LTMG's sales rose 120% year-on-year, of which the proportion of sales in overseas markets increased by 36% year-on-year, which is not only the result of the joint efforts of staff, but also a reflection of the trust and support of domestic and overseas customers to LTMG，and LTMG will continue to adhere to the original intention and bring more excellent products and quality services to our customers. At the same time, the Group's strategic planning department also made a strategic sharing of the second half of 2023 and the direction of development.The focus is on after-sales service upgrades as well as planning to introduce new technology to promote the 3D factory viewing project, etc., further practicing LTMG's philosophy of putting customers and services first.

Chairman Devin Guo then delivered a speech: "Providing customers with better and cost-effective products and services is the mission of LTMG, and continuously optimizing the customer service system and improving customer satisfaction are the goals LTMG always pursues.We believe that the smallest dust and mist can benefit the mountains and the sea. The light of fluorescent candles can brighten the sun and the moon. LTMG will gather millions of tiny strengths and bring endless value to our customers with our sincere and comprehensive services."

High-quality customer service can not be achieved without the little efforts of employees. The next session is the honorary recognition of the advanced employees in the first half of 2023.Maggie Liu, Business Manager, Weidong Lin, Quality Supervisor of Production Department and other employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company went up to the stage to receive the awards. In addition, LTMG has prepared a surprise red packet for all the staff to reflect the importance of the Group's dedication to each and every employee. The atmosphere of the meeting was warm, and all the people gathered for a photo to remember this unforgettable moment together.

As the night wore on, everyone moved to the next ballroom to share the delicious feast. Accompanied by delicacies and wine, all of us raised our glasses and invited each other to celebrate this precious night. The scene was full of warmth and laughter.

The LTMG Mid-Year Meeting came to a close with a big crowd. Looking back to the past, LTMG people were closely united and worked together to harvest fruitful results.
