At 11:00 a.m. local time on the 20th, the LTMG technical team arrived at the Gence Port in Azerbaijan. Due to the large volume and substantial quantity, the equipment had to be disassembled before transport. To ensure efficient assembly, the LTMG technical team collaborated with AZER engineers in unloading, counting, verifying, and categorizing the parts. They also meticulously planned assembly instructions and performance testing procedures. Wang Hao, the head of LTMG Technical Team, stated that despite disassembly before transportation, careful packaging and protective measures have been applied to each component. It was anticipated that the entire assembly process would be completed within 3 to 5 days.

Nevertheless, during the assembly process, several days of sudden rain and a temperature drop proved to be obstacles. To ensure that the deployment proceeded as planned, the LTMG technical team, along with AZER engineers, persevered to complete the assembly of the first container reach stacker through the rain. AZER engineers expressed, "It was LTMG’s admirable professional competence and efficient work attitude that ensured the smooth assembly of container reach stackers."

Even in the face of adverse weather conditions, the assembly work was completed as scheduled under the guidance of the LTMG technical team and through joint efforts. After the complete assembly, the LTMG team conducted a meticulous inspection of the structure and hydraulic system of the products and performed on-site tests to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment during operation. Simultaneously, a technical exchange session was conducted where LTMG engineers shared daily maintenance methods with AZER. Besides, they also make an emergency repair plan and a detailed emergency handling manual, encompassing various equipment malfunctions and corresponding solutions, ensuring swift and effective emergency response in any situation. Through collaborative efforts, the equipment successfully passed all tests, complying with design and performance standards. AZER appreciates the strong cooperation with LTMG's technical team and believes that this batch of equipment will play an excellent role in supporting the project.
