Technical Exchange for Collaborative Development: LTMG Group Headquarters' Technology Team Investigating Weifang Production Base

 In December 2023, Weifang production base of LTMG officially completed and commenced operations, which represented the establishment of the LTMG’s third wholly-owned production base, specializing in the production, assembly, testing, and related tasks of loaders. On December 28th, LTMG convened a technical exchange meeting at the Weifang production base, focusing on the current production status and future plans of the Weifang base and aiming to provide robust support for its sustained growth. Mr. Deng Xuanpu, the Technical Director of LTMG Group, along with several technical personnel of the Weifang Subsidiary in Shandong, attended the meeting.

On the morning of December 28th, representatives from the LTMG and Shandong subsidiaries arrived at the Weifang production base to visit the whole production workshop, where the workshop supervisor provided a detailed overview of production processes, technical equipment, and production data. In the production workshop, the representatives personally experienced the advanced production techniques and highly efficient management practices at the Weifang base, resulting in highly commendable evaluations.

At 1 p.m., the technical exchange meeting formally commenced in the conference room of the Weifang base's office area. The head of the base introduced the fundamental aspects, including loader production and the central construction philosophy of "high starting point, high standards, high quality." He emphasized the internal use of intelligent and efficient production lines as well as clear equipment classification, which not only enhanced the stability and reliability of the production lines but also significantly increased production efficiency and product quality, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Weifang production base.

Simultaneously, he briefly outlined future plans of the base, underscoring the pivotal role of digitization, intelligence, and innovation in adopting advanced digital technologies for precise production process monitoring and adhering to intelligent manufacturing principles to enhance the efficiency of loader manufacturing. Regarding the transformation of the production philosophy of the base, technical representatives from LTMG shared their insights and engaged in in-depth discussions on relevant technical issues.

As the meeting came to an end, Deng Xuanpu delivered a concluding speech. He pointed out that LTMG has achieved significant accomplishments in technology and research over the past two decades, securing a prominent position in the construction machinery market. However, the insatiable demand and a continuous influx of orders place higher demands on manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary for Weifang production base to effectively take action on digitization, intelligence, and innovation initiatives, using technological innovation to drive production development and deliver better and superior products to customers.
